Would You Leave Usain Bolt in the Changing Rooms?

This was the question I posed at the end of an article recently published in Charity Finance magazine: when assembling a relay team, you want to ensure you have the best people possible on the track. For those working in International Development the stakes are so much higher than a gold medal and national pride. They are about life and death, flourishing or languishing and ensuring the most vulnerable people in our world get a fair shot. To ignore any possible game changers is just plain daft. That is why I am calling for decision makers and policy wonks of every stripe to look more closely and with open minded curiosity at the work of faith organisations. I also urge faith organisations to be more bold in raising their voice on behalf of those who don't (yet) have one.

If you'd like to know more about how this could happen - please do get in touch - I'd love to chat further!
